• To route buyer enquiries to relevant vendors.
• To send transactional SMS (OTP, enquiry alerts) and emails (welcome, support).
• To improve search relevance, fight spam, and prevent fraud.
• To comply with applicable laws (e.g., GST, DLT for SMS).

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share limited data with:

• Vendors — only when you send them an enquiry (name + mobile + message).
• SMS / email providers (e.g., MSG91, SMSLogin) — for delivery of OTP and notifications.
• Government authorities — when required by law.

4. Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 3 years afterwards for tax and audit purposes.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@telanganamart.com. We respond within 30 days.

All passwords are hashed; OTPs expire in 5 minutes; communications use HTTPS. We follow industry-standard security practices.

TelanganaMart is intended for users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
