Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees paid by vendors to TelanganaMart. Product-level refunds between buyers and vendors are governed by the vendor's own return policy, not TelanganaMart.

1. Vendor subscription refunds

Trial period

  • New vendors get a 7-day free trial on Silver and above plans. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.

After payment

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except in the following cases:
    • Duplicate charge — full refund within 7 working days.
    • Platform unable to deliver the service (e.g., extended downtime > 72 hours) — pro-rata credit.
    • Account suspension due to our error — full refund of unused portion.

How to request a refund

  • Email billing@telanganamart.com with subject "Refund request – [your company name]".
  • Include your registered mobile, payment reference, and reason.
  • We respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

2. Buyer–vendor transactions

  • TelanganaMart is a marketplace only. We do not process payments between buyers and vendors.
  • For any product-related refund (damaged goods, undelivered orders, mismatched specs), please contact the vendor directly using the contact details on their storefront.
  • If a vendor refuses a legitimate refund, please report the issue to us — we will investigate and may take action including delisting.

3. Promotional credits

  • Promotional credits (free Silver months, lead packs) are non-refundable.
