Welcome to TelanganaMart. By accessing or using our website, mobile apps and services (collectively, the Platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law to register as a buyer or vendor.

2. Account Registration

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You may not impersonate another person or business.

3. Vendor Listings

  • Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, stock, certifications (GST, ISO, BIS) and images.
  • TelanganaMart does not warrant the quality, safety or legality of any product. We act as a marketplace, not a seller.

4. Buyer Conduct

  • Buyers must not post fraudulent enquiries, spam vendors, or attempt to bypass the platform to circumvent commissions.
  • Reviews must be honest and based on actual transactions.

5. Fees & Subscriptions

  • Basic listings are free. Vendors may upgrade to paid plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) for enhanced features.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, logos and software on TelanganaMart are the property of TelanganaMart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TelanganaMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

9. Changes

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the Platform after notice constitutes acceptance.
